At Beautique Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the fragrance in its original designer box and shipping carton to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to ensure the seal is intact, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
